+ WHERE IS KSI LOCATED?
KSI's address is 3420 Main Street, Skokie, IL 60076. KSI is a few miles away from downtown Chicago and other neighboring suburbs and greater Chicagoland areas.
+ WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO ENROLL?
There are no academic requirements to enroll. Camps are designated for students youth of various ages depending upon skill level. Camps are not provided online and require onsite attendance.
+ WHAT ARE THE FEES AND METHODS OF PAYMENT?
Summer Camp fees are $400 for five (5) days morning or arfternoon session and $750 for five (5) full days.
Methods of payment include: credit card, check, money order, and PayPal. After completing an Enrollment Form, the Administrative Office of KSI STEM officer will email you an invoice with your payment options within 24-hours.

+ IS FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE?
Financial assistance is available based on the need of the student.
+ WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
Parents can receive a refund after a payment has been made, we gladly offer prorated refunds on your remaining balance calculated by the sessions left.
+ ARE STUDENTS REQUIRED TO PURCHASE THEIR OWN HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE?
KSI STEM include access to a Lab Developer Station which comes equipped with the necessary hardware and software to participate in activities. The developer stations may require students to work in pairs or in teams depending upon available stations and enrollment. However, certain projects may require purchasing devices/equipment individually. It is encouraged to purchase the appropriate hardware and software individually - this allows students to take their devices home with them. KSI is not accountable for any personal device malfunctions or defects.
+ IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT FOR CAMPS?
KSI STEM is designed for high school and middle school students but can accept younger students according to their skill level.
+ WHAT IS THE DEADLINE TO ENROLL?

+ WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF JOINING THIS CAMP?
KSI is a non-profit organization committed to providing education in Computer Sciences. Our studio champions the “Maker Mentality”; guiding students to envision an outcome and evolving it into reality using STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math), with a fun, well-balanced learning experience:
- Build, code, and operate robotic devices like Arduino UNO, and Raspberry Pi using technologies like 3D printing, A.R and A.I
- Design and run web programs fit for a variety of today’s mobile platforms;
- Use video editing software to make videos, movies, and visual effects.
Our curriculum expands a student’s learning exposure with activities that are rooted with valuable computer science skills and principles. Here are just a few technologies our activities implement:
